Return Policy

At Fox Hill Threads, each piece is made to order with care. As a print-on-demand business, we do not carry inventory and cannot restock returned items. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges or accept returns for fit, sizing, how an item feels when worn, style preference, or change-of-mind purchases.

We encourage customers to review product details and sizing charts carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing or have any questions before purchasing, please feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at foxhillthreads@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and do our best to make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
As all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Sizing issues
  • How an item fits or feels when worn
  • Design or style preference
  • Change of mind
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Approved Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
